Cancellation & Refund Policy

At H2H Services, we aim to provide transparent policies regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. No Refund on Service Fees

Fees once paid for document drafting, processing, and government charges are non-refundable.

2. Duplicate/Excess Payment

If you have made a duplicate or excess payment, please email us at support@h2hservices.in
 with:

Your name

Application number

Transaction ID and proof of payment

Verified refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is allowed only within 12–72 hours of payment.

No cancellations will be entertained after 48 hours or once the application is processed/submitted.

4. Chargeback Policy

Customers should contact us first before initiating a chargeback with their bank.

If a chargeback is raised, refunds cannot be processed until resolved with the bank.

You may cancel the chargeback request and contact us for genuine refund cases.

5. Service Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, forms/documents are prepared and dispatched within 1 working day.

Delivery usually takes 7–10 working days, depending on courier/postal services.

Fees include printing, postage, and customer support.
